Postnatal conditioning Program

PELVIC FLOOR REHABILITATION: Pregnancy and childbirth can have an impact on the pelvic floor muscles, leading to issues such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, or pelvic pain. Our program includes targeted pelvic floor rehabilitation exercises to strengthen and restore the function of these muscles. These exercises may include low-impact activities such as walking, swimming, or stationary cycling. Gradually increasing the intensity and duration of cardiovascular exercises helps women regain their pre-pregnancy fitness levels.

POSTURAL CORRECTION AND ERGONOMICS: The physical changes that occur during pregnancy can affect posture and alignment. Our program includes postural correction exercises and education on ergonomics to address any postural imbalances and promote optimal alignment. This helps alleviate muscular imbalances, reduce postural strain, and improve overall body mechanics.

DIASTASIS RECTI MANAGEMENT: Diastasis recti is a separation of the abdominal muscles that commonly occurs during pregnancy.
